Steps to Properly do your mandatory teeth cleaning, with a toothbrush.
The First step: Purchase a quality Toothbrush. Located in the medical and cosmetics section of Wal-Mart. Make sure you choose a color of preference. While in this process, also buy some tasty toothpaste. (For children, bubblegum flavor is recommended. For adults, green spearmint with fluoride. For sensitive gums, purchase a soft bristled toothbrush.)

Next step, known as Second: Identify and find the room with the toilet, and travel there. You may do so by various means of transportation. For example, walking, jet packin, riding a horse, splicing home on a rip stick, driving a Motor Vehicle, hopping on one foot, and also skipping... etc.
Third of the steps: In the highest of hopes, there will be a sink within the room of which you are now located. Identify the sink, it should run water. Your right hand can now navigate its way around the cold handle located on the right side of the faucet. (At this point you should have also followed directions listed on the back of toothbrush packaging.) If, however, you prefer to brush with warm water... insert the word 'left' where 'right' is now referenced. With your hand, whichever of choice, gripping the handle. Pull it forward to about ninety degrees away from the starting position. This movement will be gradual towards the actual faucet, and during this process, water will begin to flow.
Step 72 divided by 6, minus five. = Four: With water now in motion, take toothbrush at about 2 inches below bristles. (Bristles facing up, superior to hand, satisfyingly filling the region of palm.) Clasp hand.
PAUSE FOR OVERVIEW
- Water is on.
- Toothbrush is in hand.
The Fifth Step: Put bristles of toothbrush below running water. This will make it moist so that it has a more comfortable feel while actually brushing teeth. Turn off water.
Step Six: Set toothbrush down on the counter next to the sink. Take tube of toothpaste (now removed from cardboard box) and flip, or untwist the cap. Toothpaste in right hand, toothbrush in left, or vice versa... place open end of toothpaste right up over the bristles of the toothbrush, and gently squeeze required or desired amount. Run under water again if you so prefer. (For questions of turning on water, refer to the above directions)
Seventh Step: Open mouth to reveal teeth. If so necessary, Say 'aw'. Take bristles to teeth, and begin working the toothpaste into the enamel using soft circular motions of the toothbrush. Work toothbrush over all teeth, on all visible surfaces, working from back to front and up and down. Continue this action for a continuous three minutes. If you struggle with time approximation, you may consider using a timer, or listening to a song with a length of three minutes.
The eighth one: This is getting old, the toothpaste in your mouth that is. Remove toothbrush and omit used toothpaste from mouth by spitting into the sink. Rinse mouth out with water. And for advanced brilliance of smile, rapidly, but softly brush over rinsed teeth, with rinsed toothbrush.
Ninth Step: Listen to this advisement. You may also want to brush your tongue, swish mouthwash, and floss your teeth. These activities are often done in succession to teeth scrubbin.
Step ten of ten: Raise your head up from spitting position, and look, simply look into the mirror. And in that mirror, see deep, beyond your eyes. See yourself, and the beautiful smile you have just polished. So fresh.
I'm clean. =]
